On Saturdays there is a slow food market in Merida off of Calle 60 from 9 am to 1pm. There are always great bakery products there with fresh yogurt. Depending on the season there are fresh veggies and fruit. The supermarkets with the best selection of organic produce and products is Superama. Costco does have a good organic tomatoes and salad greens. There is a small section in most of the other supermarkets but not produce.

There is a new organic market on Saturdays at La 68 on the corner of 68 and 55 in centro from 10am to 2pm. It's an excellent place to have lunch as well the quesadillas are great. It's called Ecobazar del Sabado.
