Chedraui Selecto is my favorite place to shop at the moment. They have a very good selection of wine and cheese. A large 'international' section with asian products and great pastas. They are a bit far from centro all the way the Prolongacion Montejo almost to the new Museo de Mundo Maya but twice as interesting.

at the roundabout.
The new Costco opens March 2015 and is past the Chedraui and the Mayan Museum
and just before the Gallerias Mall.
if you don't want to go that far then stop at.

Col. Las Aguilas Chuburna
or many peoples favorite place to shop is Superama. They have some excellent produce and products
but I find the selection limited and never get everything I need there.

There are many other options and googling Walmart or Soriana will take you there. There is no decent liquor store downtown but Europea at City Center delivers the same day and you can shop online.
